With the Juveniles II Latin competition the program for couples under 16 ended.

Last year to German couples had reached the final. This year the situation was totally different. After the second round the floor was owned by the guests from abroad. Seven of 68 couples reached the final and were brought into a clear order even so results from one to seven could be found in the judgement for several couples. Razvan Andrei Zaharia/Ana Maria Tarzianu won all dances over Maxim Tereshin/Uliana Zelikovskaya, who had already won two gold medals in the other competitions of their age group. Nikita Kulpin/Ksenia Pecheritsina became third.
