Juveniles I Standard was the smallest field of its age group with 16 couples.

The winners of the other competitions weren’t competing in Standard, all the other finalists had danced Latin, combination, or both and in parts reached the final there. Molova was represented by four couples in the final, but the gold medal went once again to Russia. Fedor Baklitskiy/Dianna Rudchenko won all four dances with mixed judgements. There were mixed rankings for the other couples as well so that the couples on second and third place followed at some distance.
