Italy celebrates double success, no medals for Germany

Seven dancers competed in the Solo Youth Latin Male category, including four German participants who were actually strong contenders. However, despite this starting position, the host nation failed to make it onto the podium.

Ironically, the champion of the Standard tournament in the morning was left out of the Latin final and only finished in seventh place. The Standard runner-up, on the other hand, ensured consistency: he made his tournament day perfect with another silver medal.

Gold and bronze went to Italy. The fourth-placed dancer, who had already reached the final three days earlier in the Solo Junior II Latin and finished sixth there, narrowly missed out on the podium.
