47 dancers, one goal: gold

There was a lot going on in the Junior I Standard category for solo ladies: 47 dancers took to the floor, making for a well-attended tournament. Round after round, the competition narrowed until, in the end, the seven best dancers danced for the medals in the final.

For Germany, the results in this category were modest: only two participants took part. However, Zoey Sülzle and Maryia Lipchyk were defeated after the first and second rounds respectively. The international field showed its strongest side here and delivered exciting performances right up to the end.
