New at the GOC: Rising Star competitions for Masters

An offer that has existed for a long time in the Adult age group is now also offered for the Masters age group.

Rising Star competitions have been part of the international competition offer for the Adult age group for a long time. This year, for the first time, the Masters age groups will be able to enjoy a Rising Star competitions. What is special about this type of competition is that the top 50 in the world rankings (at the GOC on the cut-off date of 1 August 2023) are excluded from participation.

The competitions will be offered on the following days:

  • Tuesday, 8 August 2023 - GOC Senior IV Standard Rising Stars
  • Wednesday, 9 August 2023 - GOC Senior I Standard Rising Stars
  • Friday, 11 August 2023 - GOC Senior II Standard Rising Stars
  • Friday, 11 August 2023 - GOC Senior III Standard Rising Stars

If you have registered for one of these competitions and are among the TOP 50 in the world rankings by the deadline, your entry fee will be refunded. Unless you use the tickets for entry on that day.
