No double in the final

The first round of the WDSF Solo Junior I Standard - Female competition began with 15 dancers from eight nations, and six dancers from six nations reached the final. Natalia Simon (Spain) competed in Stuttgart for the first time and immediately secured one of the new trophies. Anqi Yang (China) improved from third to second place, relegating Chia-Hsuan Wu (Chinese Taipei) to bronze. The best German participant was Caroline Overheu in fourth place.
