The little ones really big

Children up to the age of nine belong to the youngest age group, Children I. There seems to be almost no lower limit: Bogdan Balaban/Polina Sotnicova, both five years old, are definitely among the youngest couples at the GOC. In the Children I Latin, the two little ones danced their way unerringly into the final round and even left one couple behind with sixth place in the seven-pair final. Gold and silver went to Romania in a double pack - Lukas Ionut Gheorghe/Sandra Maria Vlad won all four dances, their compatriots Ronin Moldovan/Zsofia Gombos took second place in all dances. Third and fourth place was number 16, which brought Calin Josan/Sandra Dinu to third place and thus to the podium, while DTV representatives Sebastian Bier/Elisabeth Wilhelm had to be content with fourth place.
