Here you can register for the competitions of the German Open Championships 2024.

The registration fee must be paid once per competition. This also applies to competitions that are scheduled over two days.

Please note the following information:

• When registering for a competition, it is essential that you observe the GOC 2023 regulations, especially regarding participation in the A-Class and Rising Stars competitions as well as the age regulations for the GOC Senior V Standard competition.
   
• For couple competitions, the WDSF Member ID Number (MIN) or the DTV ID of both partners must be entered in the entry portal. If you do not know your MIN, you can find it under WDSF List of Couples.
   
• Please check the expiry date of your WDSF ID Card before entering. The entry portal will check if the WDSF ID Card is valid at the time of the GOC in August 2023. If a WDSF ID Card is not valid at the time of the GOC 2023, a start entry is not possible! In this case, please renew your WDSF ID Card before entering the competition. An extension is possible from 2 months before the expiry date at the WDSF.
   
• The entry fee will be charged during the entry process in the portal and must be paid there. (Exception for starters with seat tickets see below).
   
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the registration portal (check your spam folder if necessary). Please check the information in this e-mail for correctness and completeness. In case of any discrepancies, please contact the GOC office as soon as possible.
   
• Please keep the e-mail from the registration portal until the event.
   
• Please only use the corresponding link from the registration portal e-mail for tournament deregistration and tournament re-registration.
   
• In case of complete competition deregistration, a refund of the paid entry fee is possible up to and including 30 June 2023. The deregistration has to be made exclusively via the link in the original registration confirmation. Only after competition deregistration can a refund be made exclusively via the GOC office and NOT via the registration portal! Please contact the GOC office by e-mail and enclose the (deregistration) confirmation of the registration portal to this e-mail.
   
• Competition couples with seat tickets do not pay an extra registration fee. Please order your seat tickets via our webpage, then register via the registration portal and cancel the payment process there. Then contact the GOC office by e-mail and enclose the registration confirmation from the registration portal with this e-mail.
   
• Please note: by cancelling the payment process, your registration does not automatically become valid, but must be manually checked and activated by the GOC office!

Entry deadline

The entry deadline for the competitions of the German Open Championships is Wednesday 31st, 2024, 23:59 CEST. Entries after this date will not be accepted.

Please note that you must have a valid MIN to register for the competitions of the German Open Championships.

All data is transferred via a secure internet connection. The data will only be stored in our systems after the order has been confirmed (last step). The data will only be stored for the purpose of processing competition registrations. Your data will not be passed on.
