WRRC World Cup Boogie Woogie Main Class

As so often experienced, the World Cup couples transformed the Beethoven Hall into a boogie-woogie arena, taking their seats in a semicircle. Spurred on by their fans, seven couples danced for victory in the final. This went to Wilma and Viktor Edlund with 106 points. Viktor has been dancing since childhood and on his 18th birthday, the day he moved to the Main Class, he declared he had a five-year plan. His goal: to become a world champion. It hasn't quite worked out yet. In Stuttgart, he certainly came one step closer to his goal with the World Cup victory.
Ida Keränen/Juho Päiven had 95 points on their account and finished second. Juho is multi-talented and a passionate dancer at the Solo Dance Show in Blackpool. The third medal place went to the new couple constellation Lena Magnusson/Tobias Ramberg. The pair had reformed when moving from the Juniors to the Main Class.
For Theresa Sommerkamp/Elian Preuhs it was not enough to reach the final. The fourth place at the World Cup in Norway had raised hopes, which were not fulfilled.
