WDSF Open Under 21

Armenia had reason to cheer after the final of the WDSF Standard tournament of the age group Under 21: The couple Yaroslav Kiselev/Sofia Filipchuk, competing for them, danced with a great performance after the gold medal in the Latin tournament of the previous day also gold in the Standard section this year. They won with one point ahead of their competitors Stefan Mara/Ana Maria Tarzianu from Romania.

The third-placed Yang Zichen/Li Yitong had already warmed up in the Risings Stars Latin tournament, won the bronze medal and will compete a third time in the Grand Slam Latin on Saturday. Among the mix of nations in the final round there was also a couple from Germany: Demid Anisimov/Giuliana Domingues da Silva danced a great competition, which they finished with the fifth place.
