Places one and two were a sure thing. Bronze was fought for pretty hard.

On the second to last day of the 29th GOC 80 couples fought for the entry to the final of the Adult A Standard competition. However, ratings from one to five in a dance cared for a pretty clear decision in the end. Daniil Rostvinschii/Alexandrina Bicov clearly won all five dances and therefore won the first gold medal for Moldova. The second place was also a clear matter. Gabriele Castellani/Iana Zaitceva reached the second place of the podium. The bronze medal was heavily fought over. In the end the Quickstep decided, who was the lucky winner. Lorenzo Alberetti/ Martina Dionigi were ahead with one point.
