Second time in the final for Jan Janzen/Victoria Litvinova: fourth in combination

Not travelling home without a gold medal: Semen Khrzhanovskiy/Vitalina Bunina have collected 16 gold medals at the GOC since 2008. In their first year in Youth they not only reached the final twice , but also won gold medal number 17. In combination they were placed on a shared second place after the Standard section and won all Latin dances. Standard section was clearly dominated by Polish Mateusz Brzozowski/Justyna Mozdzonek, but the fourth place in Latin prevented another win. Third place went to Denis Gudovsky/Megija Dana Morite, who are clearly the most balanced couple over ten dances. They were in both semi-finals oft he other Youth competitions. Jan Janzen/Victoria Litvinova danced their second final and reached the sixth place with good results in Latin and a sixth place in Standard.
