WDSF Open Senioren IV Standard

93 couples competed today in the Alte Reithalle in Stuttgart to determine this year's winners of the WDSF Open Tournament in the Senior IV Standard class among themselves. Roberto Furlan/Daniela Sattin from Italy convinced the jury in all five dances, so that once again the Italian anthem sounded in honour of the winning couple. David Getchell/Allison Gonzalez from the USA came second in four dances. With only one point ahead, Stefano Proletti/Marina Ischiboni from Italy secured bronze ahead of Masayuki Imai/Yuka Imani from Japan, although they took second place in the Tango. Fifth place went to Alessandro Barbone/Patrizia Flamini followed by Antonio Lagunas Marin/Matilde Sauceda Parejo. (Sabine Hey)
