Juveniles II started with 62 couples into their combination competition over two times four dances. The final consisted equally out of three Russian and three Romanian couples. One of these couples had already danced in last year's final.

Razvan Andrei Zaharia/Ana Maria Tarzianu were one place better than last year and reached third place. Nikita Kulpin/Ksenia Pecheritsina, who only have danced together since last October, showed equally good results in both sections and therefore became second. Winners Maxim Tereshin/Uliana Zelikovskaya already won two gold and one bronze medal at the last GOC in Juveniles I. In Juveniles II they achieved their first gold medal by winning all four standard and two latin dances and second places in the two other latin ones.
