The youngest age group started into their competition program on the third day of the GOC with Juveniles I Latin.

Two compettions were on the schedule for the youngest couples. As a warm-up there was Juveniles I Latin with 26 couples. Nine countries were part of the starting list, only four in the final, where Romania provided half of the field with three couples. The win went to Russia: Russian runner-ups of the championship, Maxim Tereshin/Uliana Zelikovskaya, won all four dances. gewannen alle vier Tänze. Ukrainian champions Danyil Samochin/Polina Kiko became second. Stefan Alexandru Padurariu/Anastasia Herman already achieved the thirteenth place in Juveniles II combination and now won the third place in their real age group.
