GOC Juveniles I 6-Dance

A tight programme awaited the children I at the GOC on Thursday. First, 19 couples completed the Latin tournament over four dances. After a break, 17 couples started their second tournament - now it was over six dances, three each from standard and Latin. The six finalists of the Latin tournament also competed in the combination final. Two couples even reached the same place as in their first tournament. The winners in the combination were Ilia Zelyamov/Aleksa Mechkova from Bulgaria, followed by Arsenii Brovchin/Sofia Severin (Moldova) in second place and Stefan Oprea/Sofia Jebeleanu (Romania, third place). The DTV did not compete in this tournament either. (Ulrike Sander-Reis)
