WDSF Open Senior I Standard

At 9 a.m. in the morning the world is still as it should be. This was also true for the 113 participants of the WDSF Open Senior I Standard competition. Six of them qualified for the final twelve hours later. With all won dances last year's second placed made it to the top. Dmitry Vorobiev/Oxana Skripnik therefore won gold as their second GOC noble metal. Place cipher 11 four second and one third place made up the second place in the overall ranking for Fabian Wendt/Anne Steinmann, who reached a final for the first time at GOC. With four points less Victor Fischer/Alexandra Rehn followed on bronze. That was one place better than last year.
