The third GOC day started with a "small" competition. Small in two ways: the field was little and the dancers were too.

The youngest age group Juveniles I had 21 couples in latin. The figure control committee, consisting of Petra Matschullat-Horn and Ernst-Dieter Schöneberger, was also in action and found many things to complain about and therefore gave the corresponding explanations and reprimands to the couples and their parents. After three rounds the award ceremony was held: another gold medal for Russia won by Stepan Baikalov/Elizaveta Shingaleeva with first place in every dance. Two other nations were on the winner's rostrum: Nichita Gustiuc/Arina Cerches from Moldova won silver, Nikita Shchurov/Angelina Ignatyeva from Finland won bronze.
